With our experienced and qualified staff we can offer a wide variety of services either individually or with several included in a tailored care package. Care Packages are assessed through one to one visits by our qualified care managers who will talk to you, getting to know your history and story and will build a care plan step by step with you.
We will offer helpful advice or knowledge but will never interfere with what you want or choose unless directly risking your health and well-being.
One thing that we are most proud of is our care workers. Only great people can provide great care - it’s a simple fact and is something we strive for everyday with every care worker and every service user. Sensitivity, dedication, consistency, compassion - these are the qualities that we look for and expect from our care workers and those without are weeded out.
Needless to say all our care workers are carefully vetted with full reference and DBS checks and with our regular supervisions, meetings, shadowing, spot checks and continuous training refreshment our care workers maintain the professionalism and knowledge required to provide the standard of care you expect.
